Challenges and opportunities
The group is committed to the SMART project, an internal reorganization and modernization project in order to create a more integrated Group, to simplify its organization and gain in performance, both on customer service and on the development of new projects.
The modernization project required an overhaul of the group’s processes and governance strategy. Our client required a repositioning of purchasing on a more strategic dimension. JICAP therefore worked to make its purchasing teams gain maturity, to accompany them on the restructuring of the transition plan and on the implementation of a performance plan.
