Challenges and opportunities
The objective of the intervention was two-fold: to create a dynamic by structuring the Purchasing organization and to identify concrete and sustainable gains.
The Purchasing Department wanted to extend its reach and deploy performance actions on a larger scale. The Purchasing Department wanted to implement real synergies between the different countries.
