Jean Pierre VIGNES, ex-purchasing director of Carrefour, founds the JICAP consulting firm and develops the business in France. The rapid growth of the activity allows JICAP to position itself as a reference in the world of purchasing consulting.
Building on the success of the activity, JICAP establishes a presence in Switzerland and develops a network of international partners in order to meet the wider demand for intervention from its clients. Aware of the emergence of complementary expectations, the activity diversifies with the integration of digital and risk management in the service offerings.

Jean-Pierre has held various technical and operational positions within the Carrefour Group. From 2010 to 2015, he oversaw the Group's non-merchandise purchasing department and coordinated the country’s purchasing departments at the international level. In 2016, he founded JICAP Performance, a firm specialized in operational performance.
Jean-Philippe held executive positions at IBM, Valeo and Thomson, before co-founding Keymro, an international marketplace focused on purchasing. He joined PSA in 2004 as Chief Procurement Officer and later became CEO of the Peugeot brand and member of the PSA Management Board. CPO of Sanofi from 2010 to 2018, and now brings his expertise and advice to JICAP.
With more than 30 years of experience in General Management consulting, Gregory brings his expertise in the management of transformation and performance plans, both from a strategic and operational point of view. Gregory holds the position of Management Director of JICAP Switzerland.
With more than 25 years of experience in consulting with General Management, Christophe brings his expertise in the management of transformation and performance plans, both from a strategic and operational point of view.
During his career as a Purchasing Director for General Manager in the consulting industry, Emmanuel has created and structured several Purchasing Departments in France and abroad. He is therefore naturally specialized in strategic Purchasing positioning, in organizational consulting and in the management of performance plans.
Yann ensures the implementation of purchasing performance plans and operations transformation projects. He draws on 15 years of experience acquired between the consulting world and the continuous fire industry, where he notably implemented international purchasing organizations.
With more than 10 years of experience in advising General Management on Digital Transformation issues and combining business skills in Purchasing, processes, IS and user experience, Anthony puts his strong knowledge of new technologies at your service to innovate quickly and pragmatically.
François has held various positions in management control, including Head of Financial Controlling Europe and Director of Management Controlling for indirect purchases and cost killing. He also worked for 10 years at Carrefour, as Director of Management Control Transformation.
Tiphaine has 25 years of experience in Human Resources. She has worked in the Big Four in various positions in the Human Resources department.
