I chose consulting in order to discover different sectors, to be able to confront situations that are diverse and complex, and especially to improve my skills and knowledge.
Can you tell us a little more about yourself and your role at JICAP ?
At JICAP, I mainly work with our clients to carry out diagnostics and purchasing performance plans for companies in Switzerland. The Swiss firm is in full development, which has allowed me to quickly increase my responsibilities.
What was your biggest project and why?
My most impressive mission was with a major Swiss retail company. We worked very closely with the team for two years, which allowed us to develop a real relationship of trust. Since I progressively obtained more responsibilities, I developed many skills! I also enjoyed this mission a lot because the results were achieved, and the client was really satisfied with our work.
What do you like the most about JICAP?
What I like about JICAP is that I can work with a diversity of profiles on a daily basis. Moreover, JICAP is developing with an international approach. The challenges are numerous, and it is really pleasant to work in a climate of trust!
What qualities do you think are necessary to join JICAP?
If I had to name the qualities necessary to flourish within the firm, I would say that it is above all a good analytical mind, organization and obviously being able to listen to employees and clients.
What are your next challenges?
My next challenges are the success of our current mission that we are carrying out for a Swiss education company. I am also directly concerned by the development of the firm because I am working internally on the implementation of a customer e-procurement tool. I am also working with an external company on the implementation of a second purchasing tool, that allows us to track and validate the savings that are made during the missions.
